ワンブアバン滝からバン・クン・チャン・キアン（12km）

ワンブアバン滝の標識のある側の駐車場に車を停め、道路を渡って反対側へ歩いてください。小さな入り口がありますので、中に入ると道は徐々に急勾配になっていきます。楽しいだけでなく、足にも効きます。約2km歩くと小川があり、木製の橋を渡ってさらに歩きます。背の高い木々が生い茂る図書館があり、その先はスリ・ネル・スクールの隣にあります。もう少し歩くとソワ・レストランがあります。スリ・ネル・スクールの裏手には展望台があり、そこで座ってコーヒーを飲みながら桜を眺めることができます。下りは上りよりも速く、汗をかくほどの楽な散歩道です。往復で約4時間かかります。

チェンマイの森に佇む隠れた滝🌳

ここは、チェンマイ市メーワン郡メーウィン郡ホイホイ村にある、メープイ滝とも呼ばれるホイホイ滝です。（駐車場からハイキングで約15～20分です。）

ホイホイ滝は単層の滝ですが、流れ落ちる巨大な滝のカーテンが観光客を魅了します。この滝のカーテンの裏側を歩くこともできます。タイでこれほど美しい滝のカーテンを歩きながら写真を撮れる場所は他にどれほどあるでしょうか？滝好きの方なら、絶対に見逃せないスポットです！

滝の近くの森には宿泊施設もあります（電気は通っていませんが、AIS信号は利用可能ですが、電波が弱い場合があります）。森の真ん中にある滝のそばで一泊できるなんて、なんて素晴らしいことでしょう！📌❤️

Phadoksiao Waterfall

パー・ドック・シュー滝（ドイ・インタノン）：現地ガイドを1グループ220バーツで雇う必要があります。ルートは2つあります。

- 現地ガイドが1.5時間かけて3kmのハイキングにご案内します。

- ルート1：滝まで続く1.5kmの下り坂。

- ルート2：滝を過ぎてメー・クラン・ルアン村を通り抜けます（3km）。復路は、地元の人々が出発点まで送迎してくれます。料金は車1台150バーツ、バイク1台50バーツです。パー・ドック・シュー滝へのハイキングは、上り坂が続きます。120メートルの高さの滝を見下ろす竹の橋は、美しい写真スポットです。滝からは、山岳民族の棚田を通り抜け、メー・クラン・ルアン村に到着します。

上り坂の道は、パー・ドック・シューの源流とされる小川に沿って続きます。 1.5kmの下り坂を歩くと、パー・ドック・シュー滝と、写真撮影に最適な竹橋に到着します。滝は20メートルの高さがあり、涼しく清々しいです。滝を過ぎると村に入り、棚田を眺めることができます。水田を見たい方は、8月から10月がベストシーズンです。トレイルの終点はメー・クラン・ルアン村で、山岳民族の生活を垣間見ることができ、お土産やコーヒーを買うこともできます。

Huaykeaw Waterfall Wungbuaban & Khunchangkien

フアイケーオ滝 - ワンブアバン - クンチャンキアン

往復距離：約16～17km

標高差：約1,000m

ハイカー、トレイルランナー、ダウンヒルサイクリストに人気のルートです。チェンマイのアウトドア愛好家にとって、クンチャンキアンはサイアム・パラゴンに匹敵する存在です。

トレイルは明確に整備されていますが、左右に分岐する箇所がいくつかあります（道を間違えると人生が一変する可能性があります！）。例えば、ワンブアバンから最初の1～2kmのところで、小川に着く前に分岐があります。通常は右折して小川に向かいます。左折すると、小川（と木製の橋と大きな木々）を迂回し、舗装道路に出ます。距離は長くなりますが、そこから村まで行くことは可能です。左折を好む人もいるかもしれません。

通常の道を進む場合は、大きな交差点まで進みます。そのまま直進してください（右折すると淮東涛、左折すると全く別の場所になります。そこからさらに2kmほど登ると、クン・チャン・キアン村に到着します。桜はまばらに咲いていますが、まだ涼しく気持ちの良い気候です。ゆったりと食事と温かいコーヒーを楽しむのに最適です。美味しいコーヒーを出す素敵なカフェがたくさんありますが、ぜひご自身でお試しください。味覚は主観的なものですから！

チェンマイ大学の裏手、ワット・パー・ラットまでの往復3kmのルートで。

このルートはチェンマイ中心部からそれほど遠くありません。入り口から道は急勾配になり、木の洞や蔓が生い茂っています。道中、鳥のさえずりや滝の音が聞こえてきます。道は岩だらけで、上り坂と下り坂が交互に続きます。蔓のブランコに着くと、ちょうど中間地点です。ここでハイカーは蔓を飛び越えて体力を試すことができます。滝に着くまで歩き続け、そこはもう一つの休憩地点です。道は急勾配と平坦な区間が交互に続きます。「モン・パワナ」の標識が見えたら、ワット・パー・ラットはすぐそこです。滝の音は遠くから聞こえてきます。ワット・パー・ラットまではさらに1kmです。帰りは短時間で簡単に行けます。

ホエトゥンタオ貯水池からホエトゥンタオ滝まで（4km）：最初の駐車場から小さなダム橋を渡り、Y字型の交差点に着きます。右折すると、少し急ですが比較的平坦な道が続き、歩きやすいです。2つ目の交差点にX字型の標識がありますので、川を渡って3つ目の交差点まで進みます。ここからは下り坂です。左折してまっすぐ進むと滝に到着します。滝はとても美しく、ハイキング初心者にも最適です。

ドイ パク ロン (2 時間) モン族の村ドイ プイからドイ フア ムーまで 9km。10 月～ 4 月はハイキングのみ可能です。

駐車場: モン族の村ドイ プイ スクールの駐車場。モン族の村へのハイキングは、小さな路地から始めます。花園の標識が見えます。花園の上の道を進むと、小さな滝があります。黄色の標識まで進み、右折して自然の冒険を始めましょう。途中で小さな小川に遭遇します。登り終えると三叉路に到着します。右に行くとドイ フア ムーにつながり、左に行く必要があります。この交差点を通過するまで歩き続け、そこが道の半分です。最後の分岐に到達するまで道は急勾配になります。左の分岐は休憩用の小屋に続いています。休憩したくない場合は右に行くことができます。登りは 10～15 分かかり、1.5km です。ついに標高1,400メートルのパクロン山頂に到着します。7番地点を示す標識があります。午前中に登ると霧が出ます。道沿いには、両側にインドグーズベリーの木が並んでいます。その実は爽やかで酸味があり、下山中ずっと元気を与えてくれます。

ニトレイル1：モンタタン滝（ドイステープ登山道沿い）から出発します。国立公園への入場料がかかります。

3つの滝を目にすることができます。最初の滝までは約1.6kmのハイキングです。

その後、別の滝に遭遇し、最高地点からはチェンマイ市街地を一望できます。その後は下り坂です。総距離：3.88km。所要時間：1時間。

     Who said that visiting Chiang Mai means you have to go see baby elephants? Here, there are also many species of baby tigers for us to see and take pictures of. It's at Tiger Kingdom. If you like the cuteness of these animals and want to take pictures up close, you must not miss it!
     Tiger Kingdom is located on Mae Rim-Samoeng Road, Rim Tai Subdistrict, Mae Rim District, Chiang Mai Province. It is a place where we can get close to tigers, big and small, and even touch real tigers up close. They are real tigers, not actors. There are cages open for us to see tigers of 3 sizes.
     There are small tiger cubs, 3-4 months old, small and cute. The next size is a medium sized tiger, 12-16 months old, and finally the biggest tiger, 18 months old and up. The tigers we see are the Indochinese breed, found in Southeast Asian countries, and have been raised until they are accustomed to people. Even so, every tiger cage has an officer to take care of them, so there is no need to worry about safety.

     The location of the Loha Prasat Thipphayawiman Kham of Lanna, which is the 4th Loha Prasat in the world (but the first Lanna style in the world). The castle is decorated in white, contrasting with the gold color of the metal, looking beautiful and standing out on the #mountaintop.  It is built to cover the Phra That Si Mueang Pong, which is hundreds of years old.  This place also has an amazing story that the villagers and locals have seen at night, which is the 3 white lights floating towards the famous temples in Chiang Mai in all three directions and gathering at #Phra #That #Si #Mueang #Pong.  It is as if the gods and angels have gathered. The Loha Prasat Phra That Si Mueang Pong took more than 15 years to build and is now nearing completion.  Loha Prasat Phra That Si Mueang Pong is located southwest of Chiang Mai. If anyone has driven along Samoeng Road, Route 1269, you must have seen a large, pure white pagoda with a blue sky on the mountaintop.  It is incredibly beautiful. You will immediately feel the peace and grandeur.  #Everything here is white, quiet, beautiful, and the #panoramic view from there will take you as far as Chiang Dao Mountain. And on a sunny afternoon, the contrast of the white pagoda with the blue sky is beautiful.
     Before going up to Loha Prasat, Phra That Si Mueang Pong, you have to pass Wat Aranyawas. This place of worship is a very interesting stopover. With its natural-toned architecture, many golden bells and gongs, beautifully manicured green lawns and beautifully decorated red wooden doors. From the temple, you can choose to walk up to Loha Prasat, Phra That Si Mueang Pong via a quiet 900-step staircase or drive up a steep and winding road for about 1 kilometer (now changed to a shuttle bus).
     Wat Aranyawas, Loha Prasat, Phra That Si Mueang Pong welcomes both Thai and #foreign tourists to admire the architectural significance of the impressive pagoda for #tourists who have come to pay homage.
